Disney Executive Presentations
Safety Culture Conversations was an initiative lead by Disney's Senior Vice President of WSHES, (Worldwide Safety, Health Engineering and Sourcing), the President of Walt Disney World, the President of Disneyland Resort, and other Disney executives. This executive presentation was attended by more than 2,500 Disney Cast Members. I lead the art direction of the initiative, and designed all deliverables showcased below.

Style Guide
I wanted the style of the Safety Culture Conversations design collateral to have a retro feel with a modern edge. I stuck to a peach-toned, off-white color for most backgrounds, as well as the triple stripe theme which allowed me to create various unique yet cohesive geometric design assets. This crossover of old and new makes the initiative feel familiar and classic, yet still bold and fresh.

Zoom Backgrounds
Below are six options of Zoom backgrounds I created for the executive speaker panel to use during the webinar, all branded to the Safety Culture Conversations style guide. Use the arrows to scroll through different versions.

These additional assets include a foldable printout design, and vertical mobile sized cards, and more. These are ideas of how this branding can extend beyond the presentation and its direct collateral. Using the Style Guide elements and really honing in on Disney's cast members as the center of the brand, these are just a few more ways the design can grow into a larger campaign for an executive brand.
